Plan Your Visit Now

We Can't Wait To Meet You!

We’re excited that you’re planning to visit Joy Community Church! Our mission is to encounter true joy found in Jesus Christ! It is our hope that you feel God’s presence and joy as you spend time with our church family. Here’s everything you need to know to make your first visit smooth and enjoyable.

Arrival:

When you arrive, our pastor or one of our friendly greeters will be there to meet you. We are a small church, so plan to arrive early and we can show you around. Whether it’s your first time at church or you’re returning after some time away, we want you to feel at home. Don’t hesitate to ask questions or let us know how we can make your experience better.

Time:

Join us for Sunday Worship at 12pm.

Location:

We meet at 3464 Fairburn Road, Douglasville GA 30135

Parking:

Plenty of parking is available on the north side of the parking lot right next to the entrance of the main church building.

Attire:

In terms of attire, come as you are! At Joy Community Church, we’re more concerned with meeting you than with what you wear. You’ll see a range of attire, from jeans to casual dress. Feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable.

Children and Teens:

We love families! During our services, we all worship together, and then on second Sundays we have Joy Kids, which provides a safe and engaging kids’ ministry for children and teens. Our team will check in with you before service to see if you’d like your kids to attend. Totally up to you!

Service overview:

Our services typically last about 75-90 minutes and include contemporary worship music, a message from Pastor Will Kratt, and an opportunity for prayer and reflection. Whether you’re new to church or have been attending for years, you’ll find something meaningful in our services.

Communion & Baptism:

Communion is celebrated every first Sunday of the month, and baptisms are held on special Sundays throughout the year. If you’d like to learn more about these sacraments, let one of our staff members know.

Connect Cards:

We want to connect with you! Please fill out one of our Connect cards to receive more information about our church and how we can support your faith journey.

Special Accommodations:

Do you have any special needs or accessibility concerns? We’re here to help. Our building is fully wheelchair accessible. Please contact us ahead of time if you have any questions or specific requests.
